On what to expect and how to progress quickly even when you’re just starting


Yes! If you are still in your first year or two of training, this program was made for you.

Yes, we do! Making healthy happen should be as easy as possible and the option to take a quick shower after a workout is sometimes the difference between “I can work out” and “I can’t work out.” Our club have showers and bathrooms, and offer lockers.

Online training programs do not come with a personalised support service for workouts and nutrition. If you have some questions about your current program, please contact me :)

Yes, workouts included in this plan include usage of bodybuilding machines found in a regular gym.

This part is entirely up to you. I’ve seen some start getting results in as little as two weeks while others took a couple months. What I can say, is that if you follow the program consistently, you’ll see results faster than ever.

The only way you won’t see results is if you don’t even try or you aren’t consistent with your training, diet, sleep hygiene or stress management. That’s it. If you follow the steps outlined in this program you will make progress. But… If you aren’t going to take it seriously don’t bother getting the program.
